The studio and customer account use example records. Designs, uploaded floor-plan references, workspace enquiries, contacts, quotes, transcripts, invoices, basket choices, checkout fields, preview orders and support requests are saved in this browser. Use fictional names, addresses and email addresses. Do not enter passwords, card details, bank information, patient information or other confidential material.

The preview does not submit these records to a CRM, carrier, payment provider or support mailbox. A downloaded design or manual contains the information you entered. A shared design link contains the design in its URL fragment; anyone you send that link to can read that design. Expiry is checked when opening the link, but a recipient can retain a copy. Withdrawing a quote only changes your local record and cannot revoke copies already shared. Audio selected or recorded in the workspace stays in memory until the page closes; recording requires your microphone permission. Transcript summaries use local text rules and are not sent to an AI service.

The hosting service processes ordinary web requests and server access logs, which may include IP address, request time, requested page and browser information. This supports serving and operating the website. No advertising or analytics integration has been added to this preview.

If you choose a telephone, email or existing-portal link, you leave the local preview journey. Information you send through those channels is handled as a real enquiry or under the existing service arrangements.
